Complete this quick enrollment form to let us know which after-school sports your child will be participating in with YAU TeamUp at your student’s school.
Your response helps us build teams, assign coaches, and get your student on the official roster. We’re also looking for amazing parent volunteers to help with coaching, equipment, and game day logistics. Let’s Build Together.
(Important Note: Please complete this enrollment form as soon as possible. Space is very limited, and once teams reach capacity, students will be placed on a waiting list. We only have a few slots available, so securing your student’s spot early is strongly encouraged).
School Staff Positions with YAU TeamUp
We invite school staff to join YAU TeamUp, our afterschool sports program that builds teamwork, fitness, and school spirit. Some positions are paid coaching roles, while others are volunteer opportunities supporting teams, refereeing, or program coordination. Your involvement helps create a positive sports experience for students and strengthens our school community.
