Year Round Sports and GamesQuality Coaching
At YAU, our coaches, parents, and volunteers form the backbone of our football program — both flag and tackle. Every coach is trained not only in game fundamentals, but also in leadership, mentorship, and child development. We believe in coaching the whole athlete — mind, body, and character — and we work closely with parents and volunteers to create a safe, disciplined, and uplifting environment. With a focus on skill-building, sportsmanship, and positive reinforcement, our football staff delivers a high-quality experience that prepares kids for both the field and life.

We're Focused on Youth Sports Science
Youth Sports Science is a discipline that studies how the healthy human body works during exercise, and how sport and physical activity promote health and performance from cellular to whole body perspectives. We take a bit further and teach the youth about the innovative technology and best practices behind youth sports science and careers using current and forward thinking technology. That’s why now is the time to sign up your child(ren) with us.

Common Core Just Got Boosted
Educators, Teachers and Principals love our programs because they enhance both ELA and Math, thereby increasing PARCC scores and formative and summative assessments throughout the school year. Knowing this we exercise with sports science to concentrate on the study of human movement from developmental, mechanical, motor control, psychosocial and psychological methodology.

Driven Curriculums
Because we understand that education standards pushes students to understand math on a deeper level, digging into the reasoning behind an equation, our sports related and mentoring programs add to concepts, topics, and material that is covered in a book, courses, or the lesson plans of a particular curriculum for grades K-8. We directly relate sports to areas of development within a curriculum, and the sequence order which those skills are taught.

Nutritional Values, Vitamins and Exercise
Everyone knows that sports increase health and creates confidence in children that allows them to do better academically – only if that team is demonstrating best practices as it relates to good sportsmanship instead of chasing trophies or trips to Florida. Throughout the season, win or lose, we ensure that children get nutrition, understand that vitamins and exercise guides them in doing better in school.
Become a Coach or Referee
