Our Track & Field program is built to help young athletes thrive — whether they’re just starting out or already sprinting toward their potential. Held in the evenings from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, our sessions take place at various local tracks in the communities we serve, providing accessible and consistent training environments. Athletes will build endurance, improve speed, and learn proper techniques in events like sprints, relays, long jump, and more.

Led by experienced and encouraging coaches, the program focuses on both athletic development and personal growth. Every practice promotes teamwork, discipline, and mental toughness — values that benefit kids far beyond the track.
